As I am a pediatrician in KL , I can confidently tell you that HIV has not only threatened the lady , but the children ( third phase of HIV pandemic ) . When a sexuallt transmitted disease starts to cause anxiety among pediatricians , it directly means that this sexually transmitted disease is out of control .
